Privacy
Short version: free calculators run on your device. We only receive numbers you choose to send us, and we delete them when their job is done.
Calculator entries
Everything you type into a free calculator is processed in your browser and saved only in your browser's local storage, so the next calculator can reuse it. It is never sent to our servers while you calculate. Every calculator has a start-over button, and this button clears everything this site has saved on this device:
Done. Nothing is saved on this device now.
If you email yourself your results
When you use "email me these results," that email contains the actual dollar results you asked us to send, so the numbers do travel to our email provider for that one send. We keep your address and a summary of your result ranges (not your full entries) so we can occasionally send updates that match your situation. The sender name is neutral. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes your address from our list.
If you buy the Claiming Plan
The numbers you submit after checkout are used to prepare your plan: they are attached to your order record at our payment processor (Stripe) and used to generate and email your PDF. We do not keep them in any database of our own, and you can ask us to erase the order's numbers any time by replying to your delivery email. Payment details never touch our servers at all; Stripe handles the card.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used, so we can make them clearer. Every calculator and the quiz are masked from these tools: what you type there is never recorded or transmitted by them. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we never will.
A note about shared computers
Page titles on this site lead with the topic, not the brand, and the site name never appears as "divorce" anything in your browser history's domain. On a shared device, use the button above to clear saved entries. Private or incognito mode keeps this site out of history and discards saved entries when the window closes, though your network (for example a workplace) can still see that the site was visited, and anything you download stays downloaded.
